From the moment you contact UNIQUE you will be assigned a Personal Consultant who will be your point of contact throughout the transaction. Your consultant will coordinate everything from the initial visit to your home to completion of the sale.

The first appointment with your consultant will be to discuss your objectives, either at your home, or at a suitable location.

Next, we will visit your home to provide you with a pricing guide and recommendation. Once instructed we will plan together a Marketing Strategy to achieve your goals . A representative from our PR Team will attend with the Consultant to advise on the best possible route to market.
